Welcome at Schönbrunnahe apartment!

You can spend a nice vacation in Vienna at a very quiet place, near to the Schönbrunn Palace and the Zoo .With excellent public transport  links you can reach qiuckly all the important places in the city. The apartment is in a new condominium, on the ground floor with all comfort for a short stay. It is siutable  up to 4 persons.

About Us

Through the  anteroom you enter a storage room with a wardrobe on the left side. The spacious living room on the right side features a cozy sofa bed, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for all your culinary adventures. The bathroom offers a modern shower and toilet, along with a washing machine and dryer. In the bedroom there is a king size double bed and an exit to the balcony.
In the complex there is a  safe, closed  communal garden with a sandbox, ideal for smaller children..

Bathroom:  Hair dryer, shampoo, body soap,hot water, shower gel, washing machine with dryer,towels.

 

Bedroom:  180 cm wide bed ,bed linens, room darkening shades, clothing storage, hangers.

 

Entertainment: 50 inch HDTV, internet, Sat TV, opportunity to use your home Netflix subscription.

Outdoor: Private balcony. Outdoor table and chairs.

 

Single level home: No stairs in the flat. No stairs from the house door till the flat door.

Please send us an e-mail containing the desired time period, the number of adult  guests and the number of children and the details (Name,Address) of the main client. (Pets are not welcomed. )

After recieving the e-mail we will send you an offer soon. The financial conditions in the offer will be better, than at other sites for our apartment. Our  daily prices (including VAT) are from EUR 60 in January-February, from EUR 70 in mid-season, and from EUR 100 in peak season, from EUR 120 in December. There is always a cleaning and linen/towels fee for the whole stay  in addition, starting  at EUR 70. There is no separate local tax fee (it is included in the overall offered price).

After recieving the offer you can accept  it within a given time frame. The acceptance means  writing an e-mail and based on our sent Proforma invoice paying the offered fees by  making a bank transfer to our bank account.

You will recieve detailed information about your stay, including the check in and the code for the key box at the entrance of the building from your stay's manager  in e-mail. You can reach him by phone and e-mail, whenever a problem occurs.

You can open the key box on the arrival day from 4 p.m. and are requested to leave the flat on your last day by 10 a.m. Whenever for any reason you change your plan, please advice us ASAP by e-mail. We will refund the full  paid amount withthe exeption of a no show, or a last minute cancelling (less than 72 hours before arrival). Of course the cleaning / bed linen,towels fee will be refunded even at that case. ​After your stay you will recieve an invoice from  Coral Vermietungs KG by e-mail.
